hello,
does anyone have a good and tricky stratego riddle ?
a riddle is best if only few pieces are on board, the result is not seen
or contains tricky gameplay.
i made some in the past, maybe someone has a good idea for one or two.
if the riddle is tricky and hard to solve, we print it in our bond magazine.
stratego
ps.
the riddle is always played with all pieces open, info who starts and
follows isf rules. |

The best stratego riddles (as you call them) come from U.L. games where the pieces and gameplay is a little more advanced.
Within the classic gameplay there are not too many good riddles. Most is easy to see..........when all game pieces are revealed.
I could show you a good stratego riddle for U.L. a game which was played between myself and agresor...........last year and contained a very good finnish. The game was so interesting........I retracked the last few moves for tuition purposes. |

Very clever!
blue wins when red is one space from flag.......very nice
wait on......there is a way out for red.......red can still win. |
