I am sorry for not replying quicker, you will have a week to complete 2 games, for 4 consecutive weeks(a total of 8 games)
Each week, if you do not complete both games, you will need to be at gravon to play the unplayed game(s) on Saturday at 12:00PM EST(New York City time) which I think is 6:00 PM GMT.

Suggestion
Could you collect email addresses from the participants as a second means of communicating schedules. This would be an option. I can meet well before sat noon also, and would rather play earlier ( early afternoon gmt time).

Can all of the tourney posts be cut and pasted into this thread especially importante material.
