I wasn't playing because it was impossible to get a day free on Friday.
During the holiday season, most of my collegues where off..
2 years ago I was free on the Friday of the Worldchampionships, this year it was my collegue's turn.
To bad the Worldchampionships are on Friday and Saturday, instead of Saturday and Sunday.
Im 100% sure then we would have more competitors.
And let us ne honest: the County competition (always planned on that Sunday) is not what is should be.
The first editions we had 4 countrys, now only 2

hi wussy,
for most players it isnt possible to play at sunday 5 rounds up to the evening. they have to drive long distances.
also the country team challenge must be after the wc. this quarantee the same fair chance for all to be in their country team.
of course its a pitty that the belgium players doesnt show up for a wc in their own land for the second time, but this has nothing to do with the day. antwerp was again a fantastic place for the wc and the players. hope next years we see an english and usa team.
