Its a bad situation for the stratego players who dont play on gravon. They are not used to the new pieces and their first tournament will be a disaster I believe...

hi ruben,

in germany we take some time till the new pieces come into effect.
this year we dont play with the new pieces. (only if both players want them). there is no need to rush it. on the other hand nearly all playersplay at gravon. i am sure the new game will cause no trouble.

I am afraid in Holland we cannot choose if we want to play with the old one or not. As Ricardo already said for example, on the dutch championship (NK) everybody have to play with the new pieces.

There are people who only play the NK so it will be their first tournament...

Also there are a few people in Holland who dont play on gravon, but maybe they should play so they can practise

next saturday i will say a few words or the organisation after the tournament over the new pieces at gravon so that everyone got a fair change to play with the new game before the dutch championsship. i think its better that the players are warned.

Unfortunately a lot of players wont come to Utrecht. As I Said some players only come to the NK.

If there are many players who dont like playing with the new pieces, (I think there are many), maybe we can arrange that we can still playing with the old pieces.

ruben actually the jumbo wants that we play with the new pieces for introducing etc etc and after that we play every tournament with the new pieces

wout gulden said we will play the NK with the new pieces because the jumbo want that and they are prepared to spend much money for the location for the NK wout is trying to organisate it in the amsterdam arena :S:S:S:S:S

bleh i have to puke for it.

Are you a tourney player as well or just at gravon?

Lightwing is a nice guy, he only sometimes has his bad posts. But forgive him

. Hope he will learn to keep his posts clean of insultings etc.
