Australia has coverage on 2 channels, one paid one free,nice to see..but wait! it's Monday morning!!! Don't we go back to work Monday Mornings? LOL..(Time lines)

Well, my bbq is fired for Green Tiger Prawns (sizzerling) with chopped shollotes,onion,red pepper and fresh Garlic. Half time is healthy eating here at Jerry's house.

Troy Polamalu has the strength to be a force in run defense and the speed to drop back late.
Troy Polamalu, safety. Presuming his sore ankle doesn't bother him too much, he will be a difference-maker in the outcome. He is one of the very best defensive players in the game, and his presence should do plenty to consistently disrupt the Seahawks offense. Polamalu can blitz, play man coverage, is good in the underneath zone, and shows excellent speed and range to play in deep coverage. And he will do them all in the same game. The challenge for the quarterback is determining when he is going to do what, which is especially difficult because one of Polamalu's greatest talents is faking the blitz and then suddenly dropping into coverage.

Jerry, The steelers need to stop the seahwaks run. If they don't then polamalu will have a bad day. He is so aggressive that he will get - up in a play action fake come to the line then all the seahawks have to do is throw deep in man to man coverage. If the steelers have a good day stopping the run then the steelers will win. This game is about stopping alexander for the steelers. Keep him to 2 to 3 yards per rush if they don't and it is more like 4-5 yards per carry then the steelers will lose. Go Steelers!!!!!!!!!
