Problem with the clock system

hey spion.....i played a guy called "yai" on june 5th, 19:22..we played on the clock sysytem. Well,i took his last piece and he could not move anymore but the game did not say that he (could not move anymore..game over)..i had about 8 higher ranking pieces left and waited for him to give up because the game would not aknowledge that he had nothing left...well..the time ended and awarded a draw??!..i know i won this game..please check this out when you can my friend.
