Metaforge - Unlimited play

I wanted to let the Gravon Members know that Metaforge is now open for unlimited games for unregistered members. Registration will still be required to save setups and post on message board. To play at metaforge, click on link below and check the "new player" box, enter username and e-mail address (old e-mail addresses were purged), password will be e-mailed to you.

I think Gravon members would be crazy to go there even if it were for free. You've got cheaters there that can see your pieces when you play them and there aren't any nice players to play. They laugh at you when they beat you and call you names. What's funny though is that they have to cheat to beat you. Also, like I said before, Metaforge has got more bugs than the Amazon with too many disconnects. The worst thing is the "game doesn't count if played less than 50 moves" very very stupid.

Let's go point by point:

You've got cheaters there that can see your pieces when you play them
SIMPLY NOT TRUE - THERE WAS A BUG IN AN OLD VERSION - BUT IT COULD NOT BE USED TO CHEAT - Don't just read the MB and assume you know what you are talking about

there aren't any nice players to play. LIKE WHO? YOU? - BIG GENERALIZATION THERE ARE LOTS OF "NICE" PLAYERS

YOU ARE LOOKING FOR POLITICALLY CORRECT STRATEGO? - GIVE ME A BREAK

Metaforge has got more bugs than the Amazon with - THE LATEST VERSION HAS VERY FEW BUGS - ONLY 1 THAT I AM AWARE OF

too many disconnects. - I NEVER DISCONNECT FROM METAFORGE - DISCONNECTS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS THE USERS PC OR ISP - You forgot to mention Server reliability - Metaforge is rarely if ever down.

The worst thing is the "game doesn't count if played less than 50 moves" very very stupid. WRONG - IT IS 10 MOVES.

I AM SURE MANY GRAVON PLAYERS WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN ALTERNATE SITE TO PLAY ON - ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GRAVON SERVER IS DOWN.

i think web metaforge Stratego is the oldest project for Stratego and should be respected!
I will and have played there and i hope players will come to play on metaforge!
Nobody there is cheater,just sometimes happens that programm goes crazy,but who doesent get?
AND MOST IMPORTNAT:THERE IS CORRECT KARNAK RANKING SYSTEM,WHICH IS MUCH BETTER FROM THIS POOR KLEIER SYSTEM!
