I CANT SEEM TO LOGIN NO MORE - HELP NEEDED

Login always worked at work. But now i get the message: "Server returned HTTP response code: 504 for URL: http://www.gravon.de/connector/servlet/WebConnector?nick=wellington&pass=canttellyou&version=189&type=132&lang=0&login=true"

Can somebody tell me whats wrong here? My boss finally blocked this site for me? Or is it java thats causing this problem?
