I think he means the clock starts when you set up your pieces. Before the match starts... Otherwise it does only need a few seconds to confirm settings

This is quite an appropiate name for ruben and I hope you don't mind me borrowing it.
The spelling in my forum posts are low priority for me.......I am a much better stratego player than I am at spelling.......but what the hell......not many people can be good at everything.

BOB: The length of a game starts from the time when the player inserts the coin to start the game. If the setup time is 10 minutes.......and the game lasted 5 minutes.......then the game clock would show 15 minutes for the game length.
