situation:
i had the marshal and some small ranked pieces but no miner, he had his marshal and two captains. his flag was surounded by bombs. my one not, but he didn't know that! he could't not catch my marshal and he did not attack to find my other pieces or the flag.

So I offered a draw and he did not accept. I have no problems if someone does not accept a draw, but in this case he should attack. i mean what can i do? i had no chance to win..., the only thing i can get, is a draw! i moved with my marshal 30 minutes around the lake..., and he did the same!!! i didn't want to continue this stupid gameplay and offered again a draw! he did not accept again! finally a gave up because i had no time to continue...!

oh... you're right, this is really stupid

that you gave up when you had no more time to stay is really meritorious.
i guess many other players would leave such a game without giving up
