I have a question for all you German or Euro players familiar with Germany. My parents are going to Hamburg on the 22nd of April to visit relatives mainly. I'd like to know how far it is from Hamburg To Denmark and from Hamburg to Berlin. My parents will probably ask my relatives in Germany to take them to these places but if they are not willing to do so my parents will just take the rail to these places. Also tell me is there anything worth seeing in Hamburg and Denmark. I know they will see the Brandenburg gate and the Reichstag in Berlin but they aren't so familiar with Germany as they are with France and England in terms of famous attractions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S I can't ask any of my real life colleagues because many have not been to Germany ( thx

Hamburg is nice, i life close to
nice is the bustour around the Alster (a kind of Lake in the city) or the big around the whole city, hehe its big red busses like in London they show you all places and told what else you can do there
also nice is the harbor, when you like to see ships and dirty water
http://www.hamburg.de i believe its also in english and you find all touristik info you need

Denmark is cold and wet, but still 2 mabye 3 h from hamburg with car or train

Thx Silver for the URL. My parents have never been there before and need all in the info they can get on Hamburg because they will be there for at least 2 weeks. You see moving out of your parents house isn't all advantageous! Had I still been living with them I could have seen all of Germany as well. Oh well

I can recommend boat trips on the Alster (a dammed up stream near the city center) or on the Fleets (waterways between rows of houses). But I don't know if there are boat trips for English speaking tourists.
