Set up for Ranking in Stratego

Hello,
maybe you could help me;

I would like to play Stratego and always got the message that I am not able to play because I am not in the ranking list/not set up to join the game.
Do you have any idea what I have to do to join the game using the ranking option? I tried to contact the "Spion" but without success.
