We remind you that a win counts for 1 point, a draw for 0.5 and a defeat for 0, and the first player to reach 2 points qualifies for the next round. In case of a 2-2 tie additional games are played until there is a winner.

You have to play your matches until Sunday 6 May. In case two players can't agree on a common time they are available the game will be scheduled for Sunday 29 April at 20.00 UTC.

You can use this thread to arrange your matches.

P.S.: the organising team gives swordfish 1 point because overlord didn't show up on the last day of the last round. Score tied at 1-1. First to reach 2 points will play against sevenseas.

i have to work and will not be at home during the day.
we could try tomorrow evening, but i have to check if we have our admin meeting. but maybe we will postphone the meeting.
i will try to be online around 20:00 our time tomorrow.

for sure i cannot play friday and saturday. sunday only at 20:00.
(i am not at home for weekend and have no access to a computer)

I see you have successfully lobbied the organizing committee to work your
way back into this tournament!
This is a little weird to me for several reasons, one, as the committee changed a draw that had already been published for the upcoming round,
which in itself is a highly unusual act... and two, with your stated defense for not being there to finish our match being: "I had to work." It was you who proposed those times, and I was the one who in fact acquiesced to your proposed times. Perhaps it is just a coincidence that you happen to be on the organizing committee...

That said, I accept the decision.

I will check in at 1200 GMT, today, if you are here, we can play one game. If not finished-- or if you are not here, I will also check in between 2300 & 0000 GMT today. If you are here to play, we can play until there is a winner.
