Hi!
i added a new "game" named "Weird Stratego". It really isn't a new game but adds some weird versions of stratego to Gravon.
At the moment, there are three games available to play:
Warp Stratego:
Like classic, but if a piece is attacked and the attacker looses, the opponents piece is moved to the attackers field (instead of remaining on its original field) and the attacker is removed.
E.g. if a scout attacks a major, the scout is removed and the major is moved to the field from where the scout attacked!
Exception: A bomb is never moved.
Killer Stratego:
Like classic, but the flag must not be captured.
The flag may only be placed in the lower two rows of the field. If a player hits his opponents flag, he will loose. That means the game is usually played until one player has no legal moves left.
SpyPower:
The Spy now is not only able to beat the marshall but it can beat every piece no matter of its rank, but if and only if the spy attacks.
Exception: The spy can not remove bombs. If it hits a bomb, the spy will be removed.
The spy can be beaten by every other piece as usual if that piece attacks the spy.
All these games can (at the moment) only be played using the beta client.
The beta client is available here:

Best regards and a lot of fun

Good way to get a marshall pinned by attacking him, thus moving him into a spot adjacent to the spy's location. At least if the marshall owner is not paying attention |

Could you add a no range attack option for warp Stratego? Then Warp Stratego would be the same as the 1961 Milton Bradley Rules. If you've read Ed's Stratego Site you'd know what I'm talking about. _________________ Metaforge Message Board Moderator |
