World Cup Stratego in Thessaloniki, Greece

At the end of the month the World cup Stratego will take place in the historical city, Thessaloniki at the coast of Greece.

Stratego classic will be the main event but a day before there will be organised a World cup Barrage and a World Cup Ultimate Lightning!

Dates:
Thursday 28 of august: WC Barrage & WC UL
Friday 29 of august: WC Stratego round 1-5
Saturday 30th of august: WC Stratego round 6-10 and WC Stratego Juniors
Sunday 31th of August: Country team challenge (top 4 of each country qualify) and Open Stratego tournament.

There will participate many gravon players of different countries. Not all are confirmed but probably the following people will be there:
Playa1, Lion, Acerimmer, Leto, Fonias, Support, Garulfo, Brass, Gpet0, ruben87 and probably some more (old)gravonians like DerMeister (always present at WC's) and Hellas (his name looks familiar). Maybe also some Turkish players?

It would be very disappointing if only a few (of many) good greek players would participate.
My advice: give some weather-infos. Here its cold and rainy...

This is my first post in gravon.
As Lo informed you I will be there and I hope to have lot of fun during this great event.
Many good greek players will participate like fonias, gpeto, Sekertzis (known as the president of Greek Federation, Hellas (gia sou xristo) and few others well known from other sites.

Yes Table, it would be great if Citron will come too. I haven't seen him here for years I believe, did you? Maybe someone can inform him of this event. Its pretty unique a world cup in Greece, especially for the Greek people

Hi Ruben, no I haven't seen him on Gravon for some years now either. I think several years ago he told me he was gpet0's brother, or maybe someone else did.

Thank you Zoro (I will be surprised if the answer is no). Lonello I only played Citron in classic, never in UL. I have only tried classic,barrage, and two or three games of duell once with ace.
