Durruti - Stalling and reconnecting

He kept reconnecting to the game and stalling through both games we had. Then when he sees a chance to actually win the game his connection is fine all of the sudden and he moves super fast. This also happend in the first game when he started lotting with his general. It's clear he's just stalling the game as long as possible untill he sees a chance to win.

I wasn't sure what to do so I reported this via the chat report to the admins. Just thought I should explain what happend here. Also to warn other players.
