Is it possible to create a general ranking( UL, Barrage, Classic )?

Hi!
do you have any idea how to make such a rating/ranking?
Just mixing up the different kinds of games would be unfair.
A player who only plays UL but plays UL very good would be number one of this rating/ranking without having played any other game type.
Perhaps this rating should only be applied to those who got a rating in all 3 types of the game and then a weigth could be given to the 3 ratings to mix them up...
