Below are the rules and schedule for the tourney. I was not able to make divisions by time zone because of seedings. The top 2 players from each division will move onto the playoffs.

Rules: You will play each person in your division in a best 2 out of 3 game series (if there are any draws, it will be the first player to win 2 games against their opponent) The games must all be played at the same time so make sure you have enough time to play 3 games. The playoffs will have the same format.
You will have to play at least two of your opponents from your division each week (It doesn't matter who you play from your division each week. You may play more than two opponents each week. You will have 4 weeks to complete playing everyone in your division.
For each of your opponents you will receive a win or a loss(depending on who wins the best 2 out of 3)
If there is a tie in a division, 1 game will be played to decide who moves onto the playoffs. Your head to head battle is NOT a tie breaker on whom moves on.
All games must be played with the following options: ranking and Bronstein: 50 game/ 12 player/ 4 move (ISF)
Below you will find each players e-mail address in your division. You must e-mail each player in your division within 3 days of receiving this e-mail. You must list your available times for the week and comunicate until a time is agreed upon. ALL E-MAIL SENT BETWEEN OPPONENTS MUST ALSO HAVE A CC MAILED TO ME.
If you do not complete playing 2 opponents each week I may schedule a time that your match/matches will take place. All matches must be completed by May 31. I may award victory to a player if he has shown a greater effort to schedule a match than his opponent. I hope that this is not necessary.
Anyone using profanity or showing unsportsmanlike conduct will not be able to participate in any future FOSP tournaments and/or disqualified from this tournament.
Please send me an e-mail with the results from all matches.

(second win was lucky- 2 lottoing pieces had to find the flag (2 bombs left, 6 unhit units, s could protect one of this pieces with marshall)
