Congratulations to riskytom who becomes the 2007 European UL Champion beating Ace in the final game of the tournament.
With the scores level at 1-1......the last game would decide who became champion and who would finish in 2nd place. Ace was winning the game but a rogue scout took the prize for riskytom. Well played tom.

riskytom came 1st

AceRimmer came 2nd

lightwing came 3rd

and NoChance came 4th

riskytom & AceRimmer qualify for the World Championships.

lightwing faces a playoff against the 3rd place player in the USA Nationals.
Winner of the best of 3 games.........qualify for the WC.

Hi luke

I think I will probably never win this tourney.....lol

Second place last year and again this year.

Hopefully the WC will be better and I can win the WC like last year.

These damn pressure games always go wrong for me.

I think I will try to play all my UL games in the WC......within the first few days.......to stop these pressure games at the end of tourneys......lol

If I focus I am sure the WC will be mine.
Playing tourney games after little or no practice in nearly a year......has not done me any favours.
The competition is really tough......and I think the only way I will win the WC.......is if I concentrate and focus on the task.

Not easy at this time.......with all the stuff I have to do......but don't write me off........Coming 2nd makes you want the 1st place even more.

Thank you for your kind words Acerimmer and Skywalker .
And thank you Acerimmer for ur efforts to get U.L. more populair .
If people join these kind of tourneys to give it a try ,they play more then a few games and then get hooked up by it for sure .Its such a nice version of Stratego in fact ,once u know it .
I look out for many U.L. games here at gravon ,either in tourneys or regulair challenges .
