Leaving is losing

I think it is not proper just leaving a stratego game whenever you like.
If you play, you make a commitment to play. No questions asked.
Therefore leaving should result in losing the game.

Hi LtCol,

you're totally right, leaving a game without any reason or just because going to loose the game is unfair and should result in a loss.

I guess you did not know that but if the game is ranked, you can wait 15 minutes. If your opponent does not come back within these 15 minutes, you will get the win.

Sometimes, players get disconnected with connection problems, thats the reason why it is 15 minutes and not 5 or even less.
