It is never to earlie to begin a topic about it!

Rumours say it will be in Germany this year and probably like most years in August (2007).

If we make effort of it, we can try to get 100 players there. It would be nice if there would be some Americans and People from Oekraine as well this year.

Stratego, can you tell us more details about it and if it is already sure it will be in Germany?

yes ruben, as soon as I am on line I will reveal all info of the WC!

there is something changed, Dieter krapp didn't want that it would be organised on the gamarket in Essen, because there would be to much rumor, anyway the organisation is already searching for an other location, you will hear this so soon as possible.

hmm ok. Well Rumour is indeed not to good for the concentration, Especially bad during a WC.

hello,

i am in daily contact about the wc, but things are not clear yet.

there are plans for essen, but it could be wrong place and wrong time.
a lot of other topics are discussed. i have a meeting with jumbo next
14 days. some ideas at this point will not work - but i think i can put
them on the right way. a lot of infos are discussed but they will never
see the daylight.
in the end we will have a good wc - not sure but 90% that we play in germany.
i post the informations if they are a hard fact. in the moment all is only
at paper.

no - nothing is clear till today - a lot of ideas but no facts.
and the reason isnt the rumour at essen - that is no problem.
there are much more important reasons. wait 2-3 weeks and we
have the facts.

Is there already new information about the world cup? I think time is short now...

There is much to do.
For example it would be nice if we can bring many players from Oekraine as well.

i dont know, what you hear at "the club" - and i am really intrested in these informations.

for the non crystal ball readers:
we have a meeting at wendsday with all. then we discuss a first idea.
there are several problems - and in the moment we are far away from
inviting more than 20 players. maybe this wc will be different to all.
i do my best to get a good wc for the players.

ok first of all,

stratego when you want to know more i think you better can ask tim about it because he is our new tourneyorganisator or maybe you can contact wout asswell, i think one of these two persons is better to contact about this then with me because they know a lot more about everything around the WC, that information would be out first hand. thats always better then a person between it

and so far i know, there isn't anything decided yet, but one thing is for sure : they are working very hard on it

hmm, if they do why dont try both to contact me?

for sure both are not invited to the meeting and its always an unlucky
situation if 2 different people work on same topic, without having
contact. both must know, that the meeting is planed since weeks.

some ideas are on the table, but nothing is sure - in 2 days we know more and i really hope that i can post good news.
