Hi,
though it is still possible to sign up for a few hours, i'll post the next steps of the tourney yet:
Tomorrow, all players (30 at the moment) will be divided into groups. If 30 will be the final number, there will be 8 groups with 4 players each.
Within each group, each player plays against each other, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 2-3, 2-4, 3-4, making a total of 6 games. There are two tourney rooms per group. If the first one is occupied, take the second. Please note:
ALL TOURNEY GAMES HAVE TO BE PLAYED WITHIN THE TOURNEY ROOMS (starting with room number 300).
It is up to the players wheter to allow visitors or not. If a tourney game is going on and the players don't want visitors, all other users have to leave their room.
All games have to be played with ranking turned ON and Bronstein turned OFF.
It is up to the players how to set download options.
All games have to be played until June 30th.
Appointments for games MUST BE DONE WITHIN THE FORUM, under "Tourney" within the group thread created here.
The tourney rules apply. Results will be published as soon as possible.
Good luck to all players.
Best regards

Each one within one group has to play each other within the same group. There is no special order required.
Good luck to all players!

Are there 2 players in every poule who will go to the second round?
I think poule one is a crazy difficult poule
What about the appointments? Is it not possible to play when you meet a player at gravon? Its not clear for more people.

hi ruben and skywalker,
the best 2 of every group go to the final stage. 3 weeks to play your games.
the games are ranked this time - i think its not that important and for sure there are no test matches during tourney.

Hi,
- the best 2 of each group will proceed, as Stratego already wrote.
- all games are ranked. Why not?
- of course, if you meet a player on Gravon you can play the tourney game without making appointments. But if you don't meet your opponent, use the forum so that we arbiters can watch this. It's just for the case a game has not been played until June 30th
Best regards
