I think a lot of players migrated from Gravon to Stratego.com over the last few years - I did purely because I was finding it difficult to get games here, there were so few players.
With the other site closing down I hope lots of players will find their way here and games will pick up again! |

One thing I often saw people saying on the forum at stratego.com was that they did not know how to use the site here, or how to load it. Perhaps now is a good time for the Admin to launch some easy to follow instructions for people who will be coming here looking for games in the next few weeks to ensure they get the hang of it and begin to play here? |

Hi,
i admit that for someone who knows nothing about Gravon, it's not so easy to find out how it works.
I already thought about some kind of "help for beginners", a collection of text bubbles with red arrows to guide new players around.
And today i talked to a german Stratego player about the possibility to add an automatic matching system (totally optional, up to the player's choice).
But of course all that will take some time to build.
Best regards,
Thorsten |

the tutorial by flame04 is outdated now.
For the time being, I left some instructions in "Gravon community -> general"
(not only for stratego players but for everybody who is new to this site). |
