I think it would be a good idea to introduce an auto-match system. Here you get paired up with an oponnent as near to your own ranking as possible. This would be in addition to the rooms system.
I don't know if this would be hard to program but I really think this would make it easier to find a game. |

Hi jens,
I dont know if this would really speed things up. Thereby its also good sometimes to play games against guys with a significant lower or higher rating than you.
I must say you have a point that its not getting easier to find an opponent these days. You tend to play the same people cause there are no other players around... |

hi,
an auto-match system doesn not make sence at all:
not for the ranking, not for the players, not for the fun.
next to that you will not find a player, because the setups are to different.
one likes without ranking, next without clock, next fastet clock, next doesnt like his opponent etc etc.
from the beginning of stratego at gravon every player is free to play his personal options. and we will not change this.
