hi keyser,
we spoke about the game and what "bronstein" is.
from my point of view its unbelieveable, that some players still dont know
all the rules. even if they play here for years.
but again, we ALWAYS play with these clocks at board tourneys. (its like
every chess tourney) and thinking it over, it makes a lot of sence.
more thinking time ends in better moves!
beside all board tourney players know the feeling, if you stand for the open
flag and then the opponent let the clock run down for a draw.
its fair and with the rules, but there are some players who do not claim a
draw. they respect the better game and give you the win.
sometimes its more important how you win or lose.
but again - its within the rules and no one can claim an unfair behaviour.
also there is no need to play here with the clock.

In one sentence Keyzer:
You took to long for winning from Rapunzel. If you take too much time the oponent has at least a draw. So keep your clock above the overall game time clock and it wont happen. |
