European Championships: The Finals

The 4 players making it to the finals are:

AceRimmer
NoChance
lightwing
riskytom


Each player will play a best of 3 games with each other finalist.

Each match will be awarded 6points to the winner (first player to win 2 games)
If the 3 games finished 1,1,1 THEN this is classed as a drawn match......with 3 points being received by each player.
A loss (0-2 or 1-2 for example) gets the loser 1 point.
If a game is forfeited......the forfeiter receives 0 points. (the winner of the forfeit gets the normal 6 points)

Obviously the # of points each player has.....will decide the positions.

If the points are tied........then the number of aggregate wins will be the 2nd deciding factor. (as there could be a difference between someone who consistantly wins 2-1 against others........& a player who consistantly wins 2-0 against other players.)

If the game difference is the same......then the head to head will be the deciding factor.

If there is no head to head clear winner (usually in the case of 3 players tied) then a 1 game replay must be undertaken.

If there is still no clear winner.......then it is decided on the highest ranked IULA ranking.

The Top 2 players go through to the World Championships
The 3rd place player goes head to head with the 3rd place player of the USA National Championship.....for a wildcard place in the World Championships.

The deadline for All games to be played is 9th November 07.
